Pro Gate is a leading provider of automated gate and access control systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
We are seeking a skilled Gate Automation Technician to install, service, and repair automated gate systems in the field.
Responsibilities:
-Install automated gate systems. (operators, wiring, control panels, safety devices)
-Perform maintenance, inspections, and emergency repairs.
-Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and access control issues.
-Communicate professionally with customers on-site.
-Complete service reports and documentation.
-Follow all safety procedures and job-site regulations.
Qualifications:
-Experience with automated gates, garage doors, or similar systems preferred.
-Strong electrical (low-voltage) and mechanical knowledge.
-Ability to read wiring diagrams and manufacturer manuals.
-Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and multimeters.
-Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
-Physically able to lift equipment and work outdoors.
-Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Experience:
-LiftMaster, FAAC, Nice, BFT, or similar brands.
-Access control, intercoms, cameras, or smart systems.
-OSHA or safety certifications.
