Sometimes the smallest gestures leave the biggest impression. 💙

Recently, we received a message from a parent in Choctaw that made our day:

“One of your workers left a dump truck toy for my son. He’s been sitting and watching them work, and I would love to personally thank them.”

That crew member was Foreman, Kevin Hokett.

Kevin noticed a young construction fan watching the crew each day and took a moment to leave behind a toy dump truck. It was a simple act of kindness that turned into a memory this family won’t soon forget.

At Silver Star, one of our Core Values is Relationships. We believe the work we do is about more than construction—it’s about building trust, serving our communities, and making a positive impact wherever we work.
