Meet Sam!

If there’s one thing Sam knows, it’s building. He’s been in the industry for more than 20 years and has been part of the Tatum Homes team since 2014 — estimating, drafting, working with clients and helping turn a whole lot of ideas into actual homes.

When he’s not talking plans and numbers he’s probably with his sons, Vann and Kye, and his fiancée, Nicki or doing something that involves the outdoors, a vehicle, or an instrument. He’s into automotive fabrication, off-roading, camping, fishing AND plays several instruments. Basically, he has more hobbies than the rest of us. 😂

Sam brings a ton of experience to our team, but more importantly, he’s just a really good guy to have in your corner when you’re building a home.

Meet Zach — Builder, Designer & Family Man.

You could say homebuilding has always been in Zach's blood.

As a kid, he was tagging along with his dad on jobsites. By 12, he was mowing lawns, building fences, and taking on just about any project that would teach him something new. That hands-on mindset has never left.

These days, Zach still loves being in the details. Designing homes, solving challenges, walking jobsites, and helping clients bring their vision to life are his favorite parts of the job.

His goal is simple: build exceptional homes and make the process feel a whole lot less overwhelming.

When he's not on a jobsite, you'll probably find him planning the next family trip, at a concert with his wife Amanda, or making memories with their four kids.

Around here, building homes isn't just what Zach does—it's what he loves.
