Just another friendly reminder!!
Low temps are coming, set your thermostat fan to ON instead of Auto.
Open cabinet doors, drip faucets on exterior walls( both hot and cold) with a stream the size of pencil lead.
Put heat tape on hot water tank lines if in the garage, and/or use a safe space heater
If your heater is in the attic( most new homes are now days), make sure your condensation drain line has a heat strip wrapped around it.
If you still have a water hose hooked up outside (please don’t be this person) unhook it now!!! And put a faucet protector on it.
Sprinklers!!!! Make sure they are turned off, drained if needed, and main valve controls turned off.
Don’t open your garage doors for a long period of time, bundle up. Stay safe.
