Well got this rehab buttoned up today! Removed windows and old headers, and wall framing. Replaced with dbl lvl and 2x12 header! Pulled old ceiling grid down, put up ferring strips wired in new lights and hung drywall. Homeowner did not want drywall finished. Reinstalled siding and some new exterior lights.

More projects to come with the homeowner!

Phase one was: new roof, fascia, kitchen shower unit, lighting through main area, office door, new exterior doors, wainscoting with new baseboard trim.

Removed wall, drop ceiling tile/grid,windows and old headers from old garage doors after this was turned into a living space. New owners wanted it turned back into a usable garage.

New header built with 2 lvl and and finished out with 2x12, some new studs installed where needed. Ferring strips put up. Will be insulating, and wiring for new lights. Big transformation coming as this will be an ongoing project!

Been a busy few days! Stripped and prepped about 50 sq of roof! Shingles start on Monday!!Enjoy the weekend!Update, roof...

Some new fascia for the Dfcu in Champlain, replaced it all as it was wind damaged and coming off.
Also put a new rope and crevices on the flag pole for the new flag to be flown again.

Finaly closing in on a few projects! Breezeway got some t/g on the cathedral ceiling. Drywall is up and will be starting...

Roofs on, windows are in, o/h door prepped. Came along nicely for a few short days working on this project.
