Removed wall, drop ceiling tile/grid,windows and old headers from old garage doors after this was turned into a living space. New owners wanted it turned back into a usable garage.

New header built with 2 lvl and and finished out with 2x12, some new studs installed where needed. Ferring strips put up. Will be insulating, and wiring for new lights. Big transformation coming as this will be an ongoing project!

Some new fascia for the Dfcu in Champlain, replaced it all as it was wind damaged and coming off.
Also put a new rope and crevices on the flag pole for the new flag to be flown again.

Finaly closing in on a few projects! Breezeway got some t/g on the cathedral ceiling. Drywall is up and will be starting...

Removed old window, siding. Installed new window, taped exterior nailing with sealant tape, spray foamed inside, reinstalled siding and shutters, installed new window trim.
