Removed old window, siding. Installed new window, taped exterior nailing with sealant tape, spray foamed inside, reinstalled siding and shutters, installed new window trim.

Well been a busy few weeks. Framed out basement walls, insulated, removed twisted main beam, new lvl beam installed, new electrical for entire house, bathroom gutted re sheet rocked and awaiting prime, paint and tile, kitchen gutted to studs, all new wiring, new insulation, framed in headers for windows as there was none, installed new cabinets. More to come over the next few weeks.

We are installing a new service entrance and panel box, updating plumbing, basement is underway of drywall being installed.

All finished up!

Marvin essential windows! Black fiberglass with black pvc trim board on exterior.

Removed siding, removed old windows, installed the new windows, taped nailing fl**ge and spray foamed interior gap. New casing and window trim. Reinstalled siding with new j channel and some new siding where needed as shutters were not going back up.
