🧄🧀 Keto Cheesy Garlic Flatbread

Soft, buttery, garlicky, and loaded with melty cheese — but completely grain-free.

✨ Ingredients (Crust)

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella

2 tbsp cream cheese

¾ cup almond flour

1 large egg

½ tsp baking powder

Pinch of salt

✨ Topping

1 cup shredded mozzarella

2 tbsp softened butter

1 tsp garlic powder (or minced fresh garlic)

1 tbsp chopped parsley (fresh or dried)

Optional: pinch of oregano

👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Make the Keto Crust

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the mozzarella + cream cheese in 20–30 second bursts until soft and stretchy.

Add almond flour, egg, baking powder, and salt.

Mix until a smooth dough forms (knead with hands or spatula).

Place the dough between two parchment sheets and roll into a thin pizza round or rectangle.

Transfer to a baking sheet and bake 8–10 minutes, until lightly golden.

2. Add the Garlic Cheese Topping

Mix softened butter, garlic powder, and parsley.

Spread evenly over the warm crust.

Top with shredded mozzarella.

Place back in the oven for 5–7 minutes, or broil 1–2 minutes until bubbly and golden.

3. Slice & Serve

Cut into wedges or strips while warm.
