This bathroom renovation features an alternate design to our last post in the same building in downtown Livingston. A rearrangement of the fixtures opens the space to make for a more modern approach to the layout. Carefully planning of the tile allows the pattern to flow from one tile to the next while the chrome mirrored fixtures seamless reflect their surroundings. The removal of the large whirlpool bath tub was removed to relocate and expand the shower which is now large enough for two! 😳😁

This spacious primary bathroom in Glenrock quite nicely embodies the historic charm of the house while evoking a contemporary sophistication. The white oak vanities contrast beautifully next to the stone floor which is laid in a herringbone pattern framed by a border stone. The spacious shower is over 5’ x5’ giving you ample room to wash away the day or charge up for a new one. We always like the privacy of a toilet room. Satin brass fixtures accent the tones of wood and stone and give this space the perfect finish. remodel tile design

Sometimes city living makes space tight and concrete floors and walls make it hard to move things around. This condo in Town center Livingston had such restraints. We were to expand a tight space by replacing a built in whirlpool bath tub with a free standing tub with a wall mounted tub filled. Solid walls that once enclosed the shower were turned to glass to open up the space. Light tiled walls and vanities were anchored with a rich charcoal floor that was installed on an angle to enhance the already existing angles of the walls helping the space to flow inward. bath renovation living
