Today we finished up all the small touches to this project. We had a strict timeline on this one. This client needed it to be completed before her birthday party. We'll we met her deadline and she was very impressed. Gotta love not only meeting clients expectations but exceeding them is even more satisfying. Hope she enjoys the new patio for years to come but also wishing her a Happy Birthday. Alli it was a pleasure to work for you and your family. Today we finished laying all the pavers and cut in the border. We finished the boulder work and landscaping in the backyard as we are moving towards the sideyard and front. This had to be done because of the limited access. We just have some soil work and landscaping to do plus low voltage lighting to wire and then this project is a wrap. These clients will be having a large party for their daughters graduation and we have delivered on the completion date well in advance. Love when we can keep our word and promises. Can't wait to show all of the final pics of this project next week.

Today we poured our footings for the outdoor kitchen, bar and staircase. We put in all our rebar and sleeves for drainage and both the electrical and gas lines. We will be back next week so the concrete can cure before we start building these features.

Today we started this large hardscape project. It's gonna consist of a large paver walkway and patio, seatwall, fire pit, block staircase and large outdoor kitchen. We have started the excavation for our concrete forms and base prep today. Each day we will be working on something different. Excited to show the progression of this project to completion.
