We’re Moving!

Northern Basement Systems will be closed Friday, September 4th as our team makes the move into our brand-new building!
This is an exciting next chapter for us, and we appreciate everyone’s patience while we get everything moved, organized, and ready to go.
Our offices will remain closed through the Labor Day weekend, and we’ll be back to normal operations at our new location on Tuesday, September 8th.
We’re incredibly excited about the move and what this new space will allow us to do as we continue serving homeowners throughout Vermont, New Hampshire, and Northern New York.

Basement water usually starts small.

A wet corner. A damp line along the wall. A little water near the utilities. Then the next storm comes through and suddenly it is a bigger mess than expected.

For this project, the basement needed a system that could collect water at the source and move it outside. We installed a sump pump system, wall protection, and exterior discharge components to help get water away from the foundation where it belongs.

It is not the flashiest part of the house, but when the basement stays dry, everyone notices.

For this South Acworth, New Hampshire home, Northern Basement Systems installed a complete crawl space repair system. The project included drainage matting, CleanSpace encapsulation, a sump system, and a SaniDry dehumidifier.

CleanSpace helps separate the home from the ground below, while drainage matting creates a path for water underneath the liner. The sump system collects and removes water, and the SaniDry dehumidifier helps control humidity in the air.
