How goofy right!

Finding a tree growing in an EPDM roof is not something you see every day!

Our service department was called to take a look at this mystery, it was able to be repaired good as new, but this just goes to show that without another set of eyes on the roof, mysteries start to grow.

Our Roof Care Advantage Program (RCAP) is just one of the many things our service department offers. We will go on your roof twice a year for inspections, clearing debris, giving a full detailed report on findings, and doing repairs are some of the things that RCAP can gain you.

Removing leaves from your roof and gutters is essential before winter.

Water can be a nightmare if it is not guided away from your home or building. Water can settle by your foundation causing it to flood in if it finds a way or ruin landscaping. In the winter, clogged systems can turn into ice dams and put more strain on roofing systems. And if leaves and other debris are left on your roof or in gutters, it can cause algae to grow and mud to clog.

Whether you do it, or a hired professional cleans them out for you, it is a good thing to add to your yearly home maintenance checklist.

Yesterday, a team of All Elements employees participated in the MPMA Shoot for Scholarships event!

We were also happy to be the Beverages on the Course Sponsor with one of our team members driving around to keep participants hydrated throughout the event.

What a fun way to get out, enjoy the day, and support an event that gives back through the MPMA Education Foundation! The foundation supports both new and current students enrolled in manufacturing programs.

Thanks to MPMA for putting on a great event at the Horse and Hunt Club with great people. We’re glad we could be part of it!

Last week on Thursday Oct 1st, we had a special visit from the President and CEO of Duro-Last, Darren Shulz, come to our office!

We had a meeting with him that involved good conversation and talking further about our continuous partnership with his company. We are so honored to have been able to host this special meeting to learn more about him and the company as a whole.

Darren presented us with the Duro-Last Chairman Award that demonstrates outstanding sales excellence, high-volume performance, and top-tier installation quality within the Duro-Last network. After rigorous inspections after installations and meeting several requirements, our company has received yet another one of these prestigious awards that under 80 other contractors receive a year. We take this award with great pride in the product, quality of our work, and hard work from our crew members to help us achieve this.

Most of the time you can't see moisture under the roof.

Catching problems before they turn into leaks, what a huge headache relief!

Water can be hidden in the roof decking or under the roofing material. Getting drone thermal imaging from All Elements will allow you to know where the water travels and will allow us to know precisely where to pay close attention to fix the issue.

Our in house licensed drone pilot has lots of experience in the technology and is able to identify the issue and give a detailed report of the issue. If there is no issue, then you know All Elements was there to give you peace of mind along with a detailed report of findings.

Finding out that your shingles were improperly installed is definitely something scary to hear. What is worse is that we found hidden moisture from many years of leaking!

What a horror story! This just goes to show that an undetected leak can cause a significant amount of damage.

Contact a local roofer even if you have a newer roof, what is the harm in finding out if your roof is in perfect condition, it is more about peace of mind!
