🚨 NOW HIRING: CREW FOREMAN 🚨
Axis Building Group is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Crew Foreman to join our custom home and general contracting team!
The Crew Foreman will be responsible for leading the jobsite crew and helping ensure each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to Axis Building Group’s high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead and supervise construction crews on a wide range of projects
•Coordinate daily work activities and keep the project moving on schedule
•Layout and coordinate concrete,framing, siding, trim, and other construction activities
•Ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail throughout the project
•Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades on the jobsite
•Communicate project needs, progress, and potential issues with the Project Manager/Superintendent
•Manage materials, tools, and equipment needed for daily operations
•Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
•Identify and address construction issues before they become problems
•Train and mentor crew members
•Follow all company safety policies and construction standards
•Help ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
What We’re Looking For:
•Construction experience, preferably in residential/custom home building
•Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred
•Ability to read plans and understand construction details
•Strong communication and organizational skills
•Reliable, hardworking, and takes pride in quality work
•Ability to lead a team and hold others accountable
•Valid driver’s license and able to be insured on our policy
