Montgomery, TX-New French drains, Geo textile, 3 yards of top soil and 12 yards of bull rock.

The owners trusted us with their 7,800SF roof and 6" gutters with screens and now they need our help with drainage and flowerbeds. Mr. Bill told me “I just want to walk outside and use my Round Up.” I told him “don’t temp me with a good time!”

This is the same home we installed a 78 square Class 3 GAF HDZ roof not long ago on in Montgomery, TX. We just installed 386 LF of 6 inch seamless gutters with roll lock gutter screens.

This weekend we will be back at this residence doing some drainage updates and refreshing their large flowerbeds.

Driven Renovations of Texas installed this 78 square GAF Class 3 impact resistant roof for a really nice couple in Montgomery, TX.

Driven had the privilege to do a full renovation on this home for a wonderful lady and her father out in Katy, TX!

This client was referred to us by Texas RoofCrafters. They did the roof here and work on other homes for this family. The home owner contacted Jimmy to get help remodeling this home because they had a great experience working with him on their roof and other projects. Jimmy told her to give me a call and that I would take good care of her. We spoke on the phone and she told me, “Jimmy said you’re the best.” Which that means a lot especially coming from another reputable contractor.

It was a pleasure to walk her through the process and it was an honor to serve her. We treat everyone like they are family and try to offer a seamless process by doing everything in house. Please see the list of home improvements below.

Home improvements:

3 ton HVAC system: Goodman 15.3 seer condenser unit, 8,000 BTU gas furnace, plenum coil, new drain pan and replacement of all ductwork with R6 ducting.

Full interior paint: including all cabinets

Granite countertops kitchen and bathrooms

New appliances

Subway tile backsplash and on fireplace

Light fixtures/fans

New plumbing fixtures

Ac registers and return grills

Beautiful LVP flooring throughout

Driven is doing lots of electrical service calls right now!
We are out doing underground work, panels and fixing misc power issues all over town.

This underground is getting the following:

• Electrical Conduit Installation
• Excavate trench from transformer to meter: approximately 80 linear feet, 20 inches deep, for installation of Cable 02.
• Install up to 70 feet of 1½-inch Schedule 80 PVC conduit.
• Provide and install one 1½-inch threaded coupling at the meter and one 1½-inch 90-degree elbow.
• Install expansion joint coupling.
• Backfill trench to original grade.
