ANNOUNCEMENT!

Be careful who you hire! Its seems like everyone that can swing a hammer is a "fence builder" these days and that's just not true! 40% of our work in the last few months have been going in after other companies and either fixing what they messed up or just left the job incomplete. I'm not naming anyone but we've gone in after one company in particular three times just last month! The quality of work ive seen from some of these guys is just horrible! So please dont just make a decision on price alone because I promise you that guy that is cheaper than everyone else is going to cost you a lot more in the long run.

Example: Three weeks back I sent an estimate to a client to build 80' of iron fence. He ended up going with the other company I previously mentioned because they were 400$ cheaper. The day they were supposed to start they dropped off his post and made up a story about how the panels he wanted were special order and it would be a few weeks before they could get them. The client immediately called me and told me what happened. I called my supplier's and every single one of them had the panel he wanted in stock by the 1000s. He ended up hiring me to do the job, we got it knocked out the same week but guess what? He had already paid the other company for the material that was never delivered. The only thing they would do for him is send him 50$ per week until it was paid back in full.. Come on now..

DONT HIRE THE CHEAP GUY OR YOU WILL GET A CHEAP PRODUCT OR NO PRODUCT AT ALL.
