As of today August 13, 2026 there will no longer be service to any commercial or residential facility without payment up front at time of service. Technicians will go over all services and cost before service is performed. If service is declined and we sent our technician out you will be charged a $35 trip charge. Also beginning today with each flea and roach service you will receive a form stating what goes into these services. Each is treated on a life cycle scenario. These services can take up to 3 treatments at 21 day intervals. If you default on any of these 3 services we CANNOT guarantee a resolution to your infestation and you will need to begin the service cycle again. Thank you for understanding. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to our office.
