When water damage goes deeper than the surface, you rebuild from the inside out. 🛠️

This Magnolia home suffered extensive water damage after leaks around the turret and entryway compromised the structural framing. We removed the damaged materials and rebuilt the framing from the ground up—including a 35-foot turret wall, roof rafters, structural beams, staircase, and the framing over the garage.

We installed a custom cricket to redirect water around the turret, and used closed-cell spray foam to help protect the home for years to come.

🚿 If a water line breaks, shut off the water immediately
💨 Dry affected areas ASAP to prevent mold and secondary damage
