We’re excited to start highlighting a few of our favorite interior spaces from one of our most recent custom home designs! 🏡

We’re excited to highlight the exterior of one of our most recent custom designs! 🏡

This home showcases a striking blend of stone and LP siding — a timeless yet modern combination that immediately catches the eye. The spacious 3‑car garage adds both function and balance, giving the front elevation a strong, intentional presence.

The exterior is built for real living. Two covered patios, complete with an outdoor fireplace and TV, create the perfect setup for entertaining or quiet evenings at home. A large covered deck adds even more space to enjoy the outdoors in comfort.

Sneak peek 👀🏡

We’re putting the finishing touches on another custom home, and I couldn’t resist sharing a preview of the Master Bedroom. These two renderings give you a glimpse of the detail and comfort designed into this space.

From the layout to the natural light and architectural features, this room was designed to feel both spacious and inviting — the perfect retreat at the end of the day.

We’re wrapping up the tour of this incredible rural Iowa home with a look at the lower level 🏡

Designed for both entertaining and everyday living, the basement features a large family room that opens to a wet bar, a dedicated game room, and a theater room for the ultimate movie nights. There’s also a private man cave that leads directly to a storm shelter—adding both comfort and peace of mind.

This level also includes two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom, making it a perfect space for guests or family. The perfect finishing touch to a home built for both everyday living and unforgettable gatherings.

We’re very excited to share one of our latest designs that will soon be built in rural Iowa! 🏡✨

We’re kicking off the tour on the main floor, featuring a spacious kitchen, dining area, and pantry designed for both everyday living and entertaining. The large great room creates a warm, open gathering space, while the incredible back deck runs the full length of the home—perfect for taking in those Iowa views 🌅.

This level also includes a large mudroom, a convenient powder room, and a spacious master suite with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and a custom closet with an attached laundry for ultimate convenience 👕🧥👢. The large master bedroom also opens directly onto the back deck—making it easy to step out and enjoy those peaceful views anytime 🌄.

We’re wrapping up our tour of this incredible custom home with a few of our favorite spaces! 🏡✨

This home features 4 bedrooms, along with two fold-down Murphy beds with built-in bookshelves in the loft, creating flexible sleeping arrangements perfect for hosting family, guests, or short-term rental stays. We’re also showcasing a few more standout areas, including the beautiful loft space and the second-story deck that offers the perfect place to relax and take in the views.

There are honestly too many amazing rooms and details to show them all, but we hope you’ve enjoyed getting a glimpse into this one-of-a-kind home.

We’re continuing our tour of this custom home by showcasing the kitchen and dining spaces—designed with entertaining in mind.

The kitchen features a coffee and drink bar, a 48" range, two dishwashers, and a double oven with a direct door into the pantry. The pantry offers additional refrigerator and freezer space, making it ideal for large gatherings and extended stays.

One of the standout details is the pair of roll-up doors that allow the kitchen to be closed off after meals are served—so cleanup can happen behind the scenes while guests continue to enjoy the space.

These areas were thoughtfully designed to host large groups with ease. The formal dining room features a recessed shiplap ceiling paired with beautiful beam work to maintain a warm, rustic feel. This space opens directly to the outdoor entertainment area, creating a seamless indoor–outdoor flow.

Built on a durable steel structure by Miracle Truss Buildings, this home blends strength, function, and intentional design throughout.

This custom Airbnb features a steel exterior by Miracle Truss Buildings, engineered to withstand coastal storm winds of 170 mph. Designed for both durability and entertaining, the home includes 4 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and two fold-down Murphy beds in the loft.

Inside, the home offers a spacious great room, dining area, and a modern kitchen and pantry—perfectly designed for hosting large gatherings. The outdoor living is just as impressive, with an amazing patio and second-story deck ideal for enjoying warm summer evenings.
