J & D Construction Inc. We are a Commercial Ag Design-Build General Contractor. J&D Construction opened its doors in 1980 by two aspiring entrepreneurs.

Today we have grown to over 100 employees and many preferred subcontractors. We house a state of the art fabrication shop and paint booth, fully stocked tool trailers, a complete design and engineering department, project management, facility maintenance and a sales team; all serving our customers. We build and maintain Grain Handling Facilities for commercial and farm use, Fertilizer Plants, Grai

n and Seed Processing Plants, and Feed Mills. We specialize in machinery installation, structural erection, and equipment assembly. We have a full manufacturing shop that builds components for use in our projects.

Not your typical receiving setup.

This receiving tunnel is being built with two leg pits and two receiving pits—designed to move grain efficiently across four separate grain piles.

Trucks will dump into either of the center receiving pits, where grain is transferred to one of two legs positioned at each end of the tunnel. From there, each leg feeds the conveyors serving two pile locations.

More capacity. More flow paths. More flexibility.

A lot of planning goes into making harvest move faster long before the first truck ever shows up.
