This is an as needed position. You only work when it snows.
Your duties will include showing up, removing snow from driveways, sidewalks etc, with either a shovel or a snow blower.
We are very flexible with your schedule.
Must have your own warm clothing, hats, gloves, boots etc, but we will provide the equipment.

Looking for a reliable, hard working person to join our crew. Person must be able to lift 50+ lbs, work well with others and have a valid drivers licence. Possible duties include mowing, w**d eating, and preforming other lawn care duties. As well as landscaping duties such as shoveling, raking, moving stone and possibly running heavy equipment. I want to give a shout out to all our employees! These past snow storms were brutal. A lot of them going days with little to no sleep, in deep snow, in the middle of the night, while it’s in the double digit negatives. But despite that they pulled though making sure the jobs were done. We truly appreciate every single one of you! Thank you thank you thank you 🙏🏼

Hiring snow showers and plow truck drivers.

Snow Shoveler’s start at $14/hr with opportunity to move up in pay if you are a hard worker and are reliable.

Plow truck drivers $17/hr - must have a valid Montana drivers license with no DUI’s.

This is part time work that pays bi-weekly. Work days are when it snows 1 inch or more. Typically get 8 hours each work day and usually start at 3 a.m. but all depends on what time the snow falls.
