Another productive day at Cross The Line Excavation LLC! We started the morning with the installation of 2 water stops, 2 MJ connections, and 3 self-tapping saddles on 3” IPS DR 11 HDPE pipe. We wrapped up the day in the shop fabricating 2 custom manifolds for a geothermal loop system, with 18 fusion welds per manifold for a total of 36 precision fusion welds. Whether it’s water systems, geothermal projects, custom HDPE fabrication, butt fusion, saddle fusion or electrofusion, we take pride in delivering quality workmanship and dependable results. Installed two 300’ runs from the vault straight into the building, finishing with a clean 90° entry and tying directly into the bypass.
