We installed 24 galvanized steel Techno Metal Post helical piles to support a fantastic new golf simulator. We worked with the homeowners and their engineer from Toolbelt Design to come up with the best location and plan for the piles. They'll be able to build on these piles right away.

5 galvanized steel Techno Metal Post helical piles in the ground to support an awesome deck extension. The homeowner did some test digging and hit some really loose soil, so he called us to see how we could help. We had to go almost 10' deep on several posts to find quality soil capable of supporting the load.

The soil was so poor for the first 7' that typical concrete footers installed just 3 or 4' down likely would've sunk over time. Our system provides constant feedback on what kind of soil we're in, which allows us to confidently calculate the load that we can bear.

Eight new Techno Metal Post galvanized steel piles in the ground to support an awesome deck from Kissell Home Designs at a new wedding venue.

The original plan was to use concrete for all of the deck supports, but that plan was interrupted when the 8 holes closest to the lake filled with water. Luckily our helical piles don't care about water, and we were able to reach proper load bearing capacity in all 8 locations. Most of these piles had to go over 12' deep, and some had to go as deep as 21' to achieve the proper support.

Ben and his team were able to continue building out parts of the deck while we installed our helical piles. As soon as our piles were in the ground the team was able to extend their framing to the new piles, helping to limit further impacts to the schedule.
