🎉 HAPPY BIRTHDAY, JUANITA! 🎉

Today we’re celebrating one of the bubbliest, happiest people on our team! 💕 Juanita has been such a wonderful addition to the Superior Plumbing & Drains family, bringing her positive energy, big smile, and fun personality with her every day.

One of the things we love most about Juanita is how willing she is to jump right in! When we needed someone for a recent community event, she volunteered without hesitation and absolutely knocked it out of the park. 💪💙 We are so thankful to have someone who not only takes great care of our customers, but is always willing to represent our team and our community so well.

When she’s not taking care of our customers, you can probably find her with a good book, dreaming about Disney, dragons, fantasy worlds, and all things magical. 🐉✨📚🏰

And today, she’s exactly where she should be, enjoying a well-deserved SPA DAY! 🧖‍♀️💆‍♀️

Juanita, we hope your birthday is filled with relaxation, laughter, a little Disney magic, and absolutely NO customer calls! 😂

Happy Birthday from your Superior family! We’re so glad you’re part of our team! 🎂🎈💙

🎉 Happy 4-Year Work Anniversary, Michael! 🎉

Today we’re celebrating 4 years of Michael being part of the Superior Plumbing & Drains family! 🔧

As one of our Lead Supervisors, Michael plays an important role in keeping our team moving forward. From backflow testing and helping oversee our technicians to training and sharing his knowledge with our team, he is always willing to step up and put in the work.

Michael, we appreciate your hard work, dedication, leadership, and the time you invest in helping others grow. Your impact goes beyond the work you do, it’s also in the people you help develop along the way.

Thank you for 4 years of being an important part of our Superior team. We’re grateful to have you and look forward to many more! 💙🔧

🔧 Always Learning. Always Improving. Always Superior.

Last week, members of our team attended the Total Immersion Summit to continue sharpening the way we serve our customers.

One of our biggest takeaways? Great service isn’t about offering one solution, it’s about giving customers options.

Every home, every plumbing problem, and every budget is different. Our goal is to clearly explain what we find, provide multiple solutions whenever possible, and give YOU the information you need to decide what works best for your home.

And while we continue to improve the customer experience, one thing will never change: the quality of our work.

We’re proud to invest in training that helps our team communicate better, serve better, and continue raising the standard of what it means to provide Superior Service. 💪🔧.

🎉 Happy Belated Birthday, Jerry! 🎉

We may be a little late, but celebrating great people is always worth it!

Jerry is the kind of teammate every company hopes to have—hardworking, dependable, and always willing to lend a hand, whether it's helping a coworker or taking great care of our customers. His positive attitude and team-first mindset make a difference every single day, and we're grateful to have him as part of the Superior Plumbing & Drains family.

When he's not delivering Superior service, you'll likely find him spending time with his family or enjoying the outdoors on a hunting adventure. Whether he's at home with his kids or in a trench fixing a burst pipe, Jerry brings the same dedication and patience to everything he does.

Please join us in wishing Jerry a very happy (belated!) birthday! We hope this next year brings you plenty of great memories, successful hunts, time with those you love, and all the happiness you deserve.

Happy Birthday, Jerry!

🇺🇸 Happy 4th of July from all of us at Superior Plumbing & Drains! 🇺🇸

Today we’re celebrating freedom, family, friends, and maybe just a little too much barbecue. 🌭🍔🎆

Whether you’re enjoying a backyard cookout, relaxing by the pool, or watching fireworks light up the night sky, we hope your day is filled with laughter, great food, and unforgettable memories.

May your burgers stay juicy, your fireworks stay spectacular, and your drains stay clog-free! 😄

One small holiday reminder from your favorite plumbers:
🚽 Fireworks belong outside… and “flushable” wipes don’t belong in your pipes! (Trust us on this one. 😉)

Thank you for trusting Superior Plumbing & Drains to keep your homes and businesses flowing all year long. We appreciate each and every one of you and are proud to serve our incredible community.

Have a happy, memorable, and clog-free Independence Day! ❤️🤍💙

Happy Birthday to the man whose vision started it all!

Today we're celebrating Tim, founder and owner of Superior Plumbing & Drains. What began as a dream has grown into a company that serves thousands of families and businesses across our community—all because one person was willing to take a chance, work hard, and never stop looking for ways to improve.

Tim is the kind of owner who isn't afraid to roll up his sleeves, tackle the tough jobs, and do whatever it takes to keep moving forward. He challenges us to think bigger, work smarter, and continually strive to be better than we were yesterday.

More importantly, he's built more than a business—he's built opportunities for people to grow, support their families, and be part of something they're proud of.

From all of us at Superior Plumbing & Drains, thank you for your vision, your determination, and for everything you do behind the scenes that often goes unseen.

We hope your birthday is a great one and that the year ahead brings continued success, good health, and plenty of reasons to celebrate.

Happy Birthday, Tim! 🎉🎂💙

Happy Belated Birthday to an incredible woman who wears so many hats with grace, strength, and an unwavering heart.

Yesterday we celebrated Megan Elliott, and while many know her as the driving force behind our operations, we have the privilege of knowing so much more.

As our fearless COO, Megan is the one behind the scenes making sure the wheels keep turning. From keeping payroll running smoothly to constantly looking for ways to improve our processes, strengthen our business, and make smart decisions for the future, her dedication never goes unnoticed. She leads with wisdom, determination, and a genuine desire to see everyone around her succeed.

But beyond the title, Megan is an amazing wife, a wonderful bonus mom, an incredible aunt, sister, daughter, and one of the most loyal, caring friends anyone could ask for. She has a way of making people feel seen, valued, and supported, even while carrying more responsibilities than most people realize.

Her work ethic inspires us. Her kindness encourages us. And her heart reminds us what true leadership looks like.

Megan, thank you for everything you do for our team, our company, and the people lucky enough to know you. We hope this next year brings you as much joy, love, and happiness as you bring to everyone around you.

Happy Belated Birthday! We appreciate you more than words can say.

Armin is more than an incredible technician and supervisor—he is a leader, a mentor, and a trusted resource for our entire team. His plumbing knowledge seems endless, and no matter the challenge, he is always willing to share his expertise, lend a hand, and ensure the job is done right.

Whether he's helping a customer, supporting a fellow technician, overseeing an installation, or solving a difficult problem, Armin consistently goes above and beyond to deliver the Superior experience. His dedication to his craft, commitment to excellence, and passion for helping others make a lasting impact on everyone around him.
