Yesterday we celebrated Megan Elliott, and while many know her as the driving force behind our operations, we have the privilege of knowing so much more.

As our fearless COO, Megan is the one behind the scenes making sure the wheels keep turning. From keeping payroll running smoothly to constantly looking for ways to improve our processes, strengthen our business, and make smart decisions for the future, her dedication never goes unnoticed. She leads with wisdom, determination, and a genuine desire to see everyone around her succeed.

But beyond the title, Megan is an amazing wife, a wonderful bonus mom, an incredible aunt, sister, daughter, and one of the most loyal, caring friends anyone could ask for. Today marks 5 years since Superior Plumbing & Drains opened our Gastonia location, and what an incredible journey it has been!

What started as a commitment to providing honest, professional plumbing services has grown into something far greater than we ever imagined. Over the past five years, we've had the privilege of serving thousands of homeowners and businesses throughout Gastonia and the surrounding communities. We've celebrated victories, overcome challenges, expanded our team, and continued to learn and grow every step of the way.

🇺🇸🍽️ Last week we had a great afternoon at the VAREP Charlotte Chapter Lunch & Learn!

Superior Plumbing & Drains was honored to sponsor this event and share our story with an amazing group of real estate professionals, lenders, veterans, and community partners.

As a family-owned company serving the Charlotte region, we value building relationships and being a trusted resource for homeowners, property managers, investors, and fellow professionals.

One of the highlights of the event was learning more about the differences between FHA, VA, and Conventional loans. We gained valuable insight into the benefits VA loans provide and the opportunities available to help veterans achieve homeownership.

At Superior Plumbing & Drains, supporting veterans is something we deeply value. We are proud to have veterans and active military members on our team, and we look forward to sharing the information we learned with them.
