We’re proud to have played a part, alongside SERVPRO of Monroe/West Monroe, in restoring Ronin after a recent fire. Our project manager, Keal, led our construction team around the clock to restore the space with care and community in mind.

Ronin is ready to reopen on Monday, May 26th. Join them in support and see the transformation for yourself!

The recent storms brought heavy wind, rain, hail, and even fallen trees and power poles across our region. If your home or business was in the path, now is the time to act—but with caution.

Here’s what you need to know:
• Not all damage is visible right away.
• Filing an insurance claim that gets denied can still increase your premiums.
• Some companies will pressure you to file right away, even when it’s not necessary.

That’s where we come in. At SERVPRO, we’re more than cleanup and mitigation. Our construction and HVAC divisions—318 Construction and 318 Heat & Air—work directly with insurance adjusters to guide you through the claim process and restore your property the right way.

We understand insurance.
We speak adjuster.
We work with integrity.

✅ Free inspections/consultations
✅ Guidance before filing a claim
✅ Full-service restoration, construction, and HVAC

Contact us today for emergency service work including tarps or schedule your inspection before small damage becomes a costly problem.

This week was the spring meeting for the Louisiana Home Builders Assocation in Baton Rouge, and 318 Construction was proud to be involved. It was a valuable opportunity to connect with HBA leaders, hear from our governor concerning the current state of construction in Louisiana, and represent the restoration side of the industry.

There are a lot of exciting things happening both in our state as a whole and the Louisiana Home Builders Association!

Grateful that we were able to support St. Francis along side numerous other businesses in our community. Even more grateful this group can have fun despite their score. Mr. Don reportedly carried the team!
