Customer (Cousin), asked for a support for a 30”x48” piece of stone countertop.
Match the height of the existing tops at a right angle.
Our design team (Me), drew inspiration from a small bench, nearby.
Needed something fat, and chunky,
and John provided some beautiful
True 2 X 8 inch Cherry.

At 21 years old, Blake purchased this post war home that was moved from Laplaisance Rd out to N Otter Creek and put on a basement foundation in the 70's. Slow and steady renovating a room or two at a time. The most recently renovated room, the master bedroom. There were built in cabinets and drawers in the hallway that were removed to double the size of the closet, windows replaced, new electric, add insulation (there's none in the original walls) and finish. Thankful that Blake and Madelyn, with the help of friends, were able to do the demo. Matty and Paul were able to come in and help them get to the finish line. Blake and Madelyn did so much work and the finished room is beautiful. Their sweat equity shows. From start to finish.... only 1 room left to tackle and some exterior love and this house will be 100% remodeled.
