We are now hiring a Commercial Concrete Project Manager with strong layout skills and concrete knowledge to lead our concrete crews and projects with confidence and accuracy.

Position Summary:
The Commercial Concrete Project Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day operations on commercial concrete projects, with a special emphasis on layout accuracy, elevation control, and field coordination. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader capable of running multiple projects while ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee layout for all phases of concrete work, including foundations, footings, slabs, curbs, and paving
• Verify elevations, control points, and ensure proper alignment based on plans and survey data
• Manage project schedules, manpower, materials, and subcontractor coordination
• Read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and specifications
• Lead jobsite coordination and communicate daily with field crews, general contractors, and inspectors
• Track job costs, issue daily reports, and document field conditions
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with OSHA and project safety requirements
• Identify and resolve layout discrepancies and site conditions promptly
• Support estimating with layout reviews, material takeoffs, and constructability input

Preferred Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in commercial concrete project management
• Strong field experience in layout using total station, stringline, and builder’s level
• Deep understanding of formwork systems, rebar placement, concrete pours, and sequencing
• Skilled in managing and directing multiple field crews
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Procore, and scheduling tools (MS Project or similar)
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to local job sites
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
