Position Overview:
As a 1099 Roofing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, inspecting roofs, and closing sales. This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
•Canvass neighborhoods and generate leads through door-to-door sales
•Conduct roof inspections and assess storm damage
•Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and insurance claim processes
•Provide estimates and close sales contracts
•Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service
•Meet or exceed sales targets
Qualifications:
•Prior experience in roofing sales or a related field preferred
•Strong communication and negotiation skills
•Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the service area
•Own necessary equipment, including ladder, measuring tools, and safety gear
•Comfortable working at heights and climbing roofs
•Self-motivated and willing to knock on doors to generate business
Compensation:
This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Top performers can earn six figures annually.
