Bellwether Custom Homes

We are excited to announce the start of our second speculation home that will be for sale in the Lodges at Eagles Nest located in lovely Banner Elk, NC. This will be an open ranch plan on the front side of the neighborhood. This rare gem is one of the few single level homes in the area. There is a second master suite over the garage making it a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home, with a little over 3,000 square feet, including a two car garage with spectacular mountain views off your back deck. If this home is not the home for you, we can build to suit or help you find a mountain lot to build your dream home! We are excited to share the progress of our second current build in Eagles Nest.
