Before pictures of fungal treatment completed today. Insulation to be installed in the next week and then routine maintenance on the dehumidifier. Also installed two jack post for secondary support underneath two bedrooms.

Another collapsing jack post and some mold in the crawlspace. Hopefully I'll be tackling this project soon!

Customer had a previously supported floor that was collapsing and a sagging floor in the master bedroom. He did not want to pour footings and build proper piers but he did want to make some repairs. Set solid concrete blocks under jacks and reset piers and installed two new jacks with concrete blocks and 4x4 support.
