One of the best feelings is knowing you have a good crew of guys who can get the job done even when you’re not around. Last week they started framing the second house in Richland Heights when I was gone on a family vacation. Never once got a phone call with problems or concerns just a message at the end of the week saying that everything was finished and ready for trusses. Really appreciate having a good group of guys that truly care about the outcome of projects just as much as you do.
