NELA Roofing is growing, and we’re looking for motivated, driven Project Managers to join our team in the Monroe/West Monroe area!

Our Project Managers are involved in the entire customer experience — from meeting with homeowners and selling roofing solutions to managing the project through completion and making sure our customers are taken care of every step of the way.

🏠 Meet with homeowners and identify their roofing needs
🤝 Build relationships and sell roofing solutions
📋 Manage roofing projects from start to finish
📞 Maintain strong communication with customers throughout the project
👷 Coordinate with our production and office teams
✅ Solve problems and keep projects moving

We’re looking for people who are self-motivated, organized, dependable, good with people, and ready to work. Sales or roofing experience is a plus, but we’re willing to talk to the right person who is motivated and ready to learn.
