Rain season is here. Before anyone fixes anything, ask one question: who exactly is walking into your home?

When the wet months settle over Western Washington, the calls start piling up. A drip under the sink. A drain that can't keep up. A water heater that picked the worst week to quit. It's tempting to book whoever answers first.

Slow down long enough to ask a few things:

Is the person coming to my door your employee, or a subcontractor?
Are they licensed, bonded and insured?
Do you know who will actually show up?

Here's our answer. Every tech who walks into your home is a Beavers employee. We subcontract nothing. Plumbing, drains, leaks, water heaters, HVAC, ducts, electrical: same crew, same standard. Fully vetted, licensed, bonded and insured in WA State. Veteran owned and operated.

You're letting someone into the place your family sleeps. You should know their name.

We treat others the way we want to be treated.

Do we work weekends? Yes. Here's what it costs.

A weekend call with Beavers Plumbing is $600 for dispatch and diagnostic. That's our after-hours rate, and it covers evenings, overnights and weekends. During business hours, it's $250.

We put both numbers in writing so you never find out the price after the van is already in your driveway. No hidden fees. No surprises. Ever.

The rain is back in Western Washington, and water doesn't wait for a weekday. If a pipe lets go or the basement starts taking on water over the weekend, it shouldn't have to sit until business hours. So we don't make it sit.

Members of the Dam Good Defenders Club pay nothing for a business-hours dispatch. Beaver Boss members don't pay the $600 after-hours fee either.

24/7 emergency service, residential and commercial, serving all of Western Washington. Veteran owned and operated.

You hear the fee before we pick up a wrench.

The rain is back in Western Washington. This is the time of year when a slow drip under the sink, a water heater that's acting up or a furnace that won't kick on finally gets a phone call. Nobody should have to make that call wondering what it'll really cost.

So we put the dispatch and diagnostic fee in print and tell you what it is when you call. You know the number before anyone touches your pipes. If there's a fee, you hear about it first, not on the invoice.

No hidden fees. No surprises. Ever.

It's the same rule whether we're out for a drain, a leak, a furnace or a panel. Same crew, same standard. We're veteran owned and licensed, bonded and insured in WA State, and we treat others the way we want to be treated.

Dam good plumbing, guaranteed.

First cold, wet morning of the season? Swap the furnace filter before you crank the heat.

The rain has settled in across Western Washington, and your thermostat is about to get its first real workout since spring. A filter that sat dirty all summer makes the furnace pull air through a clogged screen. It works harder, heats slower, and pushes that dust back around your house.

Pull it out. Hold it up to the light. If you can't see through it, replace it.

It takes five minutes, and the size is printed right on the frame.

Filter is fresh but the furnace still won't kick on, or it runs and never warms the place up? Our HVAC techs handle it start to finish, from a quick repair to a full new system. They're licensed, bonded and insured, and they hold the same standard whether it's a drain or a furnace.

A repipe should happen once. Done to code, and left cleaner than we found it.

The rain is back across Western Washington, and everyone is spending more time indoors. That's when you start noticing things. The tap that won't quit dripping. The slow drain. The old pipes you've been meaning to deal with since last year.

When you're ready, our plumbers handle repipes and fixture work start to finish. Every pipe and every fixture goes in to code. We're licensed, bonded and insured in WA State, so the work holds up when someone inspects it and when winter puts it to the test.

Then we clean up. Show up sharp. Leave it cleaner. You get your home back, not a mess.

Dam good plumbing, guaranteed.

Water on the floor, and you still deserve to know the price before we touch a pipe.

That's why we quote before anything comes apart. Even on an emergency call. Even when you just want it to stop.

We find the problem. We tell you what it is and what the fix costs. Then you decide. Nothing gets cut open, pulled out or replaced until you've said yes.

A bill you didn't see coming is its own emergency. You shouldn't have to deal with two at once.

The rain's back, and it'll find the weak spots in pipes, drains and water heaters. If it finds yours, you'll know the number first.

No hidden fees. No surprises. Ever.

Rain is back in Western Washington. Here's the first thing our plumbers check when they walk in.

Before a single tool comes out, they look. A stain on the ceiling. A damp patch under the sink. The wet months have a way of finding the weak spots in a house, and a small leak caught early is a lot easier to fix than one that's had all winter to spread.

You can take the same look yourself. Grab a flashlight and check under the sinks and around the water heater. Dry is good. Anything else, call us.

Spotted something? Call (425) 845-3535 or message us. We answer 24/7.

Running toilet or a real leak? One wastes water. The other can quietly ruin your floor.

Here's how to tell them apart.

The dye test. Put a few drops of food coloring in the tank and don't flush for about 15 minutes. If color shows up in the bowl, water is slipping past the flapper. That's a running toilet. It's annoying and wasteful, and it's usually a simple fix.

The floor test. Check the base of the toilet and the supply line behind it. If you find water on the floor, a soft spot or a stain that keeps coming back, it isn't a running toilet. Water is getting out, and it's soaking into whatever's underneath.

The meter test. Turn off everything in the house that uses water, then watch your meter. If it still moves, something is leaking. It might not be the toilet at all.

The rain is back, and a damp bathroom floor is easy to blame on the weather. Check it anyway.

Found water where it shouldn't be? Call or message us. We'll find where it's coming from and tell you straight what it takes to fix. No hidden fees. No surprises. Ever.

Don't wait for the first cold wet morning to find out your heat won't come on.

The rain is settling in, and your heating is about to run for months. Want a new system, or want the one you have looked after? Our HVAC techs do both, start to finish.

We handle new installs. We repair, service and update the system you already have. And we cover cooling too, so it's ready before next summer instead of failing on the first hot day.

Same crew, same standard, whether it's a drain or a furnace. Licensed, bonded and insured. Veteran owned.

No hidden fees. No surprises. Ever.
