This was wallpapered, it came off really well so not much to cover or skim over.

That said, texture gives it a needed update!

I like to seal in the paper and texture over it but this wallpaper was not having it! As soon as it was damp it started to sag. So there is no way it could hold texture or paint.

This one took a lot of prep time to cover all those openings. One thing I really enjoy about cabinets is that they are like useable art.

Fact: Water damage happens for all sorts of reasons!

This is one repair I did years ago. I know many don't like popcorn ceilings but they are my favorite to repair.

What I recommend if you need to repair you ceiling, get CoversUP or the like OIL BASED stain blocker. To coat the stain areas, this may be all you need to do.

If too much popcorn has come off and needs to be coated again I recommend a spay type applicator. There are some in spray cans but they are pricy and don't always work that good.

The best if you can get your hands on one is a hopper spray gun and compressor. Whatever the case, it will be messy so covering the walls and floors is a good idea.

Cabinet paint is only as good as the primer under it.

Top one is water based, the rest are oil based, all are primer.
