A PERSONAL MESSAGE FROM JAMES CORVIN
First and foremost, I want to take a moment to thank my family for standing by me, especially my wife, Michelle. I also want to thank Joey and Marylin for all of their dedication and hard work, as well as my customers and vendors throughout the years.
I have been truly blessed with some of the best customers anyone could ever ask for. Many of you have become more than just customers—you've become friends—and for that, I will always be grateful.
Now, I'd be lying if I said every experience has been a good one. Unfortunately, I've encountered a few bad apples along the way, but I refuse to let those few overshadow the many wonderful people I've had the privilege of working with.
After more than 40 years in the construction business, I've made the decision to downsize and slow things down a bit. Between the challenges that come with running a business and some personal health concerns, I've realized that maybe it's time to take my foot off the gas just a little.
Now, don't get too excited—this does NOT mean James Corvin has stopped building! 🤣 It simply means James Corvin is slowing his roll!
As part of this transition, effective October 31, 2026, James Corvin Incorporated will no longer be operating out of 13924 Booker T. Washington Highway in Moneta, Virginia. The only phone number will be 540-871-0681.
I also want to give a very special thank-you to Tim Bird and Terri Parenti. We are beyond thankful for both of you and everything you've done for us throughout the years. You have been a blessing, and you will certainly be missed!
I've spent the better part of my life working hard, building things, solving problems, and trying to make a living doing what I know and love. But somewhere along the way, you realize that time is something you can't get back.
It's time for me to slow down a little, spend more time with my wife, and enjoy the years God blesses us with together. We've worked hard for a long time, and I think we've earned a little time to enjoy life, make memories, and maybe even take a few more motorcycle rides! 🏍️❤️
To everyone who has supported James Corvin Incorporated over the years, THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART! Your trust, loyalty, friendship, and support have meant more than you will ever know.
And just so we're clear... I'm slowing down, NOT shutting down!
Because anyone who knows James Corvin knows one thing for sure...
I MAY SLOW DOWN, BUT I WILL NEVER RETIRE! 🤣🔨🛠️
