👀Take a look inside the kitchen of the Benda Home, one of the standout spaces featured during this year's Charity Home Tour.

Like the rest of the home, this kitchen was designed around the homeowners' carefully collected pieces and reflects years of travel, memories, and thoughtful planning. From unique imported elements to custom craftsmanship, every detail has a story behind it.

We're grateful to everyone who visited the Benda Home and took the time to experience the vision, character, and personal touches that made this project so special. 🏡

✨Most homes are designed first, and the furniture comes later. But the Benda Home tells a different story.📖

The homeowners spent years collecting unique pieces and treasures from around the world, and many of those items helped shape the vision for the home itself. From a sink from Russia to a table from Germany and an oven from Italy, every piece has a story, and the home was thoughtfully built to showcase them.

The result is a one-of-a-kind home that reflects a lifetime of travel, memories, and carefully curated craftsmanship. We're grateful to have helped bring that vision to life.✨

✨Experience matters — and after decades in this industry, we’ve seen the biggest mistakes homeowners make during a build or renovation. Here are a few we help clients avoid:

⏱️Skipping early planning — Many clients jump straight to finishes without locking in layout, utilities, or structural needs. We guide you through a full planning phase so nothing gets overlooked.

⬇️Underestimating the budget — Homeowners often plan for the “pretty” parts but not the behind‑the‑scenes essentials. We help you build a realistic budget that covers the whole project.

🛠️Changing plans mid‑build — Last‑minute changes can delay timelines and increase costs. We walk you through decisions upfront so you feel confident before work begins.

🗓️Not considering future needs — People design for today, not tomorrow. We help you think long‑term so your home works for you for years to come.

👷‍♂️Hiring multiple contractors separately — This leads to miscommunication and mismatched work. We handle everything in‑house for a smooth, coordinated process.

With the experience we’ve gained over the years, JTC Inc. knows how to keep your project on track — and help you make decisions you’ll be proud of.
If you want a builder who’s here to guide you from the very first conversation to the final walkthrough, contact our team — we’re ready to help you get started.
