Not every project is a beautiful patio or scenic landscape installation.

Sometimes it's an 8-foot-deep sewer replacement with a water line directly above it, limited access, and existing hardscape that needs protected throughout the process.

This week we teamed up with Buckarooters Plumbing on a challenging sewer project in Maumee involving storm water and sanitary sewer separation. Tight working conditions, existing utilities, and a finished patio meant careful planning and precision excavation every step of the way.

Whether it's sewer excavations, drainage projects, trenching, trucking, grading, or site work, our team has the equipment and experience to help tackle difficult projects safely and efficiently.

The best excavation work is often the work nobody sees when the project is finished. We're fortunate to have an incredible team that combines experience, knowledge, and determination to overcome challenges and get the job done right.

Rescom is Hiring!

We’re looking for a Landscape Maintenance Team Member who can also float onto install, hardscape, and excavation projects when needed.

This is a great position for someone who enjoys variety — not the same thing every single day.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Lawn mowing and property maintenance.
- Landscape bed maintenance (weeding, trimming, clean-ups).
- Planting and light landscape installation
- Assisting with mulch, stone, and seasonal work.

Float Work Includes:
- Helping on paver patio and retaining wall. installs.
- Assisting with drainage and excavation projects
- Running equipment when capable (skid steer, etc.)

Who We’re Looking For:

Entry Level:
- Willing to learn and work hard
- Shows up on time and takes direction well
- Positive attitude

Experienced:
- Can run mowing equipment efficiently
- Knows proper bed maintenance practices
- Has experience with installs, grading, or equipment (a plus)
- Can jump in and help wherever needed
