It will soon be warm enough that dirt won’t freeze in the Dumptruck and concrete won’t freeze on the mixer. It’s a great time to get estimates and start budgeting and planning. Remember I do a lot of egress windows and regular insulated windows on almost every waterproofing job. My system will not create a radon problem because the draintile system I install is the best radon system there is with the addition of a passive pipe or suction fan.Don’t let someone install a system with that dimpled plastic sheeting that lets radon free flow into your home and becomes an insect farm. Anyone who installs that type of system in my opinion is just after your money and could care less about the system they install. There are a bunch of them out there right now trying to charge $20,000 + to do a basic residential job.Also remeany company with a full time crew that only does “warranty work” knows that their system doesn’t work. I have been “Doing it right the first time since 1989” just like it says on my truck. Drain your basement not your wallet! Have a Wonderful day!
