Almost wrapped up with this massive project!

-Master bathroom tiled shower featuring a one of a kind custom corner recessed niche, zero entry, large format, sleek solid surface sills, all tied together with complimentary blues, blacks, whites, and grays.

-12x24 tiles in the hall baths and 3 seasons room, 24x48 large format on the master bathroom floor, and a beautiful herringbone 4x14 floor in the laundry room.

-Laminate flooring on the entire main level, and downstairs bathroom/hallway.

-Rubber gym flooring for the majority of the basement rec room area.

**still to come, and the final touch is a set of laminate steps going in to the basement once the carpenters are ready for us. 😎

Quick update on one of our projects! Master shower almost completed, tiled sauna floor, tiled bathroom floors, lvp in the whole main area, bedroom, and closets in this basement remodel. We can see tge finish line!

Still need to finish trimming out the niche in beautiful black granite, set some more 24x48inch tiles on the half bath accent wall, set 6 inches of tiled base around the sauna room, and then have a grout party!

Gonna look sweet when finished😎

Few obstacles on this niche. had to cut out/reframe studs and blocking. Also moved some plumbing to allow for a custom built niche that will fit the tiles perfectly 😎
Slow progress here, but we are being very meticulous with details, and layout to achieve the best look.

We will be able to hit the ground running next week now that all of the hard stuff is done!

Heat installed for the sauna and master bath floor, mosaic pebblestones hand set individual for the majority of the floor to avoid those pesky sheet lines, hall bath prepped and ready for tile as well.
Tomorrow we start the large format 24x48 inch tiles on the floors!

Getting started on this master bathroom remodel including a custom tile shower, heated bathroom floor as well as a heated floor in their sauna room attached to the bathroom 😎
Had to do some prep work to make our walls plumb, and self leveling where the shower floor goes so we will do heat wire and waterproofing tomorrow!

Quick, simple design on this backsplash for one our builders to wrap up this home.
(We also did an entire house of laminate for them as well, but the crew at Hazelwood Homes are just too fast at covering and protecting their investment that we hardly ever get pictures of the flooring 😆)

This shower is what we call a "happy little accident ". While demoing and prepping the other 2 bathrooms in this clients home, it was discovered that their master shower was leaking (it shares a plumbing wall adjacent to the shower we were working on so it was caught while we had it opened up).

Shower #3 complete, and it turned out great. LOVE the marble accent tile in their 12x28 recessed niche. Beautiful sleek easy to clean engineered marble for the sills, curb, and bench top. 🤌
