Immediately after the foundation footing, while your feet are still sticking out the access hole above your head, you must shimmy over the main line to enter. It measured 13" from the top of the main to the bottom of the floor beam and I have a 42" waist. Somehow on an empty stomach and no air in my lungs I managed to make it in.
