American Tree service is owned and operated By Matthew Baker. Matthew has been in the industry for 20 years and has carries an I.S.A. certification in General Tree Work, as well a Certified Arorist certification. Here at American Tree Service we strive

to provide the highest quality of work at the lowest rate. We will meet or beat any legitimate and reasonable bid that a customer may receive in an effort to remain competitive and satisfy the customer. This olive tree is suffering from a boring beetle infestation. We did a root inspection and determined that is was also planted too shallow. After root excavation we treated the tree for the beetle with a systemic pesticide and a fertilizer. We, then provided a soil amendment with humus and slow release fertilizer. We will prune off the deadwood and the remaining portions of the tree in the winter, when it is appropriate to do so.

We firmly believe that investing in the roots will pay dividends in the canopies of your trees.

Adding these mulch rings has many benefits to the soil and roots. When the border is added it provides a nice clean finish and a place for the gardener to w**d eat up against instead of the base of the tree.

Redwood thin out today. Discovered 2 codominant leaders in the top of the canopy during our canopy inspection and selectively pruned them out to mitigate failure in the top of the tree.
