Some electrical dangers you can see. Arc flash you can't.⁣

An arc flash is a sudden burst of heat and energy from electrical equipment. It's one of the biggest risks in any electrical room, and the people most at risk are the staff who open those panels.⁣

Modesto Executive Electric inspects equipment and adds the proper safety labels, so your team knows the risk before they open a panel.⁣

Not sure if your panels are labeled? Email [email protected].⁣

May is National Electrical Safety Month, and at Modesto Executive Electric, safety isn't a once-a-year conversation. It's how we've operated since 1989.⁣

Across schools, government facilities, and commercial sites throughout the Central Valley, our work runs on a simple standard: do it right, do it safely, and stand behind it.⁣

Over the next couple of weeks we'll share a few ways facility owners and managers can keep their electrical systems safe and reliable. First tip: if it's been more than a year since a qualified electrician looked at your system, this is a good month to schedule one.⁣

Questions about your facility? Reach our team at [email protected].⁣

Women in Construction Week may be over, but the work is just getting started.⁣

At Modesto Executive Electric, we’re focused on more than recognition—we’re focused on building a real pipeline for women in the electrical trades.⁣

That means creating opportunities across every level, from apprenticeships to leadership, and supporting long-term career growth in the industry.⁣

As the demand for skilled electricians continues to rise, investing in the next generation isn’t optional—it’s essential.⁣

Graduation day…. We are celebrating National Apprenticeship Week here in 2026, and we are also celebrating Dalton Hunter and Anthony Cervantez on our crew, who officially completed their electrical apprenticeship programs (aka LONG JOURNEYS) today, May 1st. ⁣

5 years. 8,000+ hours. Every bit of it earned.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
They are now part of a long and proud line of MEE team members who have walked this path. We have been building people for nearly 40 years, and moments like this are exactly why.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Congratulations, we are glad to have you both on our crew!⁣

It starts earlier than most people think.⁣

At Magnolia Elementary’s Career Day in Oakdale, our team had the chance to introduce students to the world of electrical work—what it is, how it works, and why it matters.⁣

For many of these students, this was their first exposure to careers in the trades.⁣

That moment of curiosity? That’s where future electricians begin.⁣

We’re proud to show up, answer questions, and help young minds see new possibilities.⁣

The skilled labor shortage doesn’t start in the workforce—it starts in awareness.⁣

That’s why events like Magnolia Elementary’s Career Day matter.⁣

When students are exposed to trades early, it expands what they believe is possible for their future.⁣

At Modesto Executive Electric, we’re not just filling roles—we’re helping build the next generation of electricians from the ground up.⁣

Long-term workforce development starts with moments like this.⁣
