🌱 NOW HIRING: Part-Time Lawn Care Technician — Path to Full-Time Crew Leader! 🌱
Brown's Landscaping and Turf Management, LLC is looking for a hard-working, reliable Lawn Care Technician to help us finish out the season strong — with the opportunity to grow into a full-time Crew Leader role once next season kicks off!
We've been serving Davie County and the surrounding area for years, and we're growing our team to keep up with it. This is a great fit for someone who wants to learn the trade, work outdoors, and build something long-term with a local company that knows this area inside and out.
📍 Service Area: Mocksville, Advance, Bermuda Run, Clemmons, Lewisville, Statesville & surrounding areas
🕒 Schedule: Part-time now through end of season, with the opportunity to move to full-time Crew Leader for next season
💵 Pay: $16–$18/hr to start (based on experience), paid bi-weekly — official W-2 position with time-and-a-half after 40 hrs/week
📈 Growth Path: As we continue building out our crew, there's real opportunity here for the right person. If you show up, work hard, and want more responsibility, there's a clear path to Crew Leader and beyond.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
🔹 Operating mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers
🔹 Mulch/pine straw installation, shrub pruning, and bed maintenance
🔹 Seasonal cleanups (leaf removal, debris hauling)
🔹 Loading/unloading equipment and riding with the crew between job sites
🔹 Representing our company professionally on residential properties
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
✅ Valid driver's license in good standing
✅ Able to work outdoors in the heat and lift 50 lbs regularly
✅ Reliable transportation to the shop or first job site
✅ Authorized to work in the U.S.
✅ A great attitude and willingness to learn — landscaping experience is a plus but not required!
This is real, physical, outdoor work — you'll be on your feet most of the day running equipment and moving material. We believe in being upfront about that from the start so there are no surprises.
