Got a call this morning for a basic generator service with a battery code ⚡
After taking a look, the issue turned out to be loose battery cable connections—not a bad battery. Tightened everything up and got it running like it should.
We always aim to diagnose the problem correctly and only charge for what’s actually needed.
We’re now set up to process payments securely through Square, which allows us to provide proper invoices, receipts, and accurate tax reporting for every job.
This will also help us keep track of your generators information, allowing us to provide the best customer service experience possible! Square ⬛️ is set up to streamline the experience for my customers, taking any hassle (and questions about service performed!) out of your payment experience.
