WE'RE HIRING!!! We are seeking a motivated Concrete Supervisor to oversee a crew located in the Marengo and Clark County area but not limited to just this area. This is a great opportunity to grow a long-lasting relationship in the concrete and construction industry. Must be on time, take pride in what you do, and have a positive attitude.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Read plans and specs and understand them.
• Be able to shoot grades.
• Computer skills (i-pad) skills are a plus as we use this often with paperwork and Teams meetings.
• Organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are a must.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Attend weekly Teams meetings
• Coordinate and oversee sub-contractors
• Schedule materials needed for your project.
• Track quantities and time
• Review and build project based off plans & specs
Pay is competitive, vacation and sick pay, along with 7 paid holidays!
We are based out of Mobile with a satellite office in Linden, Alabama
