Just wrapped up this 16x30 we built on a concrete slab.

This one has a 36” entry door, double doors on the front, LP SmartSide siding, and a 30-year architectural shingle roof. Built from the ground up right at the customer’s home.

One of the biggest advantages of building on-site is you don’t have to worry about delivery access, fences, or tearing up your yard. We build it where it’s going to stay.
