WE’RE HIRING — FULL-TIME ACCOUNTING / FINANCIAL POSITION
Southeastern Electrical Contractor LLC is growing, and we are looking to add a full-time accounting professional to our team.
We’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and interested in growing with our company long-term. This position will work closely with ownership and our outside accountant to help strengthen our day-to-day financial tracking, job costing, and accounting systems.
Responsibilities will include:
• Reviewing Jobber and tracking employee man-hours by project
• Calculating daily labor costs based on hours worked and employee pay rates
• Maintaining daily job-costing spreadsheets
• Maintaining daily P&L tracking for the company and individual projects
• Tracking and categorizing company expenses and receipts
• Keeping financial documentation organized and prepared for quarterly tax reporting
• Communicating regularly with our outside accountant
• Helping management identify unnecessary expenses and opportunities to improve profitability
• Assisting with implementing better accounting and financial-control systems as the company continues to grow

• Pay increase after the first 90 days based on performance

Paid Time Off:
• After 1 year — 1 week paid vacation + approximately 8–9 paid holidays
• After 2 years — 2 weeks paid vacation + approximately 8–9 paid holidays
• After 5 years — 3 weeks paid vacation + approximately 8–9 paid holidays
We expect to fill this position in approximately 4 weeks.

Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, job costing, P&L reporting, payroll/labor tracking, and business financial management is strongly preferred.
