We love working on multi-family residential units! As promised, here are a few photos of the duplex on N Dearborn in downtown Mobile that is coming to completion as well as a before photo of the lot. This new home makes a wonderful addition to the revitalization of N Dearborn Street!

It has been a pleasure to work with Haley Development on Phase 3 of their luxury commercial and residential space at Portico of Fairhope. Phase 3 is going to be a beautiful addition to the Portico development and downtown Fairhope!

PCDA had the opportunity to work with Walks and Wags in Mobile to design their indoor pool for dogs! This project was both a first and a pleasure! We hope our K9 pals are enjoying it 🐾

This beautiful retail space on Highway 98 in Daphne has been in the works for a few years! From the dreaming and designing phase, then to demo, and finally construction; PCDA has been there for every step. We are so excited to see it complete and ready for the community to enjoy!
