Some jobs are just another stop on the schedule. Others remind you why you started.

Today marked the 4th time we’ve cleaned this property and the 2nd home we’ve had the privilege of taking care of for this family. Over the years, we’ve also been trusted with cleaning their dad’s home and their grandparents’ home annually so the Currie family knows us well.

What started as a customer relationship back in 2021 has turned into a friendship.

I’ve had a front-row seat watching his business experience growth, setbacks, and growth again. At the same time, he’s been there supporting my business through the highs and lows as well. It’s funny looking back at that first wash and realizing how much has changed for both of us since then.

In a world where everything moves fast, relationships like this are something I’m truly thankful for. The cleaning is important, but the people we meet along the way are what make this work worthwhile.

Grateful for the trust. Grateful for the friendship. Grateful for another opportunity to serve.

Today’s project was a home that hadn’t been cleaned since it was built. Dirt dauber nests tucked into every corner, years of debris, mold, mildew, and plenty of detailed areas that required extra attention. What looked like a straightforward wash quickly turned into a full-day restoration.

This one came to us through a referral from an annual client of ours. They chose to tell their family about us and those calls always mean a lot. When someone says, “We got your number from…” it tells us everything we need to know. They already know what we’re about. They know they’re getting quality, attention to detail, and a crew that’s going to stay until the job is done right.

Six hours later, we wrapped up a transformation we’re proud of. No shortcuts. No rushing. Just staying the course and delivering the results our customers expect.

Looking for someone experienced in outbound sales and lead generation to help grow a pressure washing company across the Gulf Coast region.

Responsibilities:

* Cold call property managers, general contractors, HOAs, gas stations, shopping centers, apartment complexes, and commercial properties

* Find and qualify pressure washing opportunities

* Set appointments and connect us with decision makers

* Build relationships with GCs and contractors

* Maintain lead lists and follow-ups

Preferred:

* Experience with B2B cold calling

* Construction or exterior cleaning industry knowledge is a plus

* Comfortable speaking with business owners and property managers

* Organized and self-motivated

Pay:

Hourly + commission OR commission-based depending on experience.
