🔨 Soffit Repair – Before & After 🔨

This patio soffit had extensive water damage that caused the panels to sag, rot, and deteriorate over time. After removing the damaged sections, we repaired the affected areas and installed new soffit panels, giving this outdoor space a clean, finished appearance once again.

✨ Another Rotten Door Frame Saved! ✨

This exterior door had significant wood rot at the bottom of the frame caused by moisture exposure. We removed the damaged material, repaired the affected area, installed new trim, sealed everything properly, and gave it a clean finished look.

Today was a great reminder of how blessed we are. We had two crews running two different jobs on the same day—one crew installing a new metal roof and another crew working on a major pool demolition and excavation project.
