This one steps from 4' to 5' to 6' and all the way up to 7' tall.

Why the lattice on top? In Mitchell, a privacy fence can be 6' tall with an additional 1' of semi-privacy, so we added 1' of lattice to give the homeowner the extra height and privacy while still keeping the top portion open.

The lattice also gives the fence a great finished look and breaks up the solid privacy panels.

Let's talk about something most homeowners never notice until years later...
Gate sag.

That's why every chain-link gate we build includes a welded truss rod.
The truss rod keeps the gate frame square and helps resist sag over time. If the gate ever begins to settle after years of use, the rod can be adjusted to bring the gate back into alignment—without replacing the gate.
