You find the land ➡️ Then you need a builder who takes the time to understand why you chose it.

What you love about it. How you picture living there. The views you never want to lose. The little things you’ve already imagined a hundred times.

Building a custom home is personal. You’re trusting someone with a place you’ve worked hard for and a home you’ve probably been dreaming about for years.

We don’t take that lightly. Before plans become walls, we listen, we walk the property, and we make sure we understand what matters most to you. Because at the end of the day, it’s your home and we are here to build it. 🏠🛠️

A few times a year, we make it a priority to step away from the office and job sites and spend time together.

No work. No deadlines. Just a chance to slow down, have some fun, and connect outside of the everyday grind. Grateful for this crew and the people behind the scenes supporting them.

And a big thank you to Highlander B**r for always giving us a place to unwind, regroup, and enjoy some time together!

Just imagine yourself in this space….morning light pouring through those windows, coffee in hand, and the people you love gathered in a place that truly feels like home.

That’s the beauty of building a custom home. You’re not just designing a house, you’re creating the place where you can truly envision these moments happening.

Have you ever seen the Edgell van driving around town or parked at one of our job sites? 👀

Meet the Team:
👉 That’s Ted Dunton — our Warranty Coordinator

At Edgell Building, that van isn’t just getting from point A to point B, it represents long days, early mornings, and a team that takes a lot of pride in what we’re building right here in Montana.

Born and raised in Montana, Ted’s favorite part of living here is how special it is to have endless public land to explore. He’s the kind of guy who truly lives the hunting, fishing, and outdoor lifestyle this state is known for.

At Edgell, he values being part of a team that takes the time to problem-solve and support each other, making sure every project is done right.
And when it comes to building in Montana? He’ll tell you one thing every custom home needs… a mudroom!

Next time you see the Edgell van around town… give Ted a wave 👋 and know the person behind the wheel carries a whole lot of hard work and heart with him! We are thankful to have him as part of our crew!
