Take a look at our beautiful Wylie Avenue project. 🏠 The original house had fallen into disrepair and its foundation couldn’t support another structure, so this became new construction.

The owners’ number one goal was to create an energy efficient home. The new build boats 11” thick insulated exterior walls, a SIP insulated roof, solar cells, a heat pump, and triple pane windows, and it’s approximately 300% tighter than code requires. 🏠

We made great progress on our Oral Zumwalt remodel! 👀

The refinished maple floors are stunning, drywall is up and textured in the kitchen, dining and living rooms.

A full window wrap is bringing fresh light. ✨ In the master bedroom we’re remodeling the walk-in closet, master bath and water closet. In the guest bedroom there’s a new laundry room and guest bath. 👀
